ChatDys Affiliate Program Terms

The Program is available exclusively to active ChatDys Premium subscribers who are in good standing. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address associated with your account.

Enrollment is voluntary. You must explicitly opt in through the affiliate portal. ChatDys does not automatically enroll Premium members.

ChatDys reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke affiliate status at its sole discretion, including if your account is found to be in violation of these Terms or the general Terms of Service.

Affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on the net subscription revenue (excluding taxes and payment processing fees) generated by each referred member who successfully upgrades to a paid ChatDys plan.

Commissions are tracked per referred member and continue for 18 calendar months from the date of the referred member's first paid subscription. After 18 months, commissions for that referral cease, even if the member remains subscribed.

Commissions are only earned on new subscriptions initiated through your referral link. Renewals of existing subscriptions that were not originally referred by you are not eligible.

If a referred member downgrades, upgrades, or pauses their subscription, the commission is adjusted proportionally based on the amount actually charged by Stripe on each billing cycle.

Each affiliate is assigned a unique referral code and link (e.g., chatdys.com/?ref=YOURCODE). A referral is attributed when a new visitor clicks your link and creates a ChatDys account within the same browser session (tracked via localStorage).

Referral attribution is first-click: if a user has already been referred by another affiliate, the original referral takes precedence.

You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to generate fraudulent commissions.

ChatDys tracks link clicks for reporting purposes. Click counts are approximate and may not match third-party analytics due to ad blockers, browser privacy settings, or bot traffic.

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. You must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payments. ChatDys does not support payouts via check, wire transfer, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.

The minimum payout threshold is $25.00 USD. You may request a payout at any time once your pending balance meets or exceeds this threshold.

Payouts are typically processed within 2–5 business days of your request, subject to Stripe's standard transfer timelines. ChatDys is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or your financial institution.

Commissions are recorded in USD. If your Stripe account is denominated in another currency, Stripe will apply its standard conversion rates at the time of transfer.

You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on affiliate income in your jurisdiction. ChatDys does not withhold taxes and will issue a 1099-NEC (or equivalent) if required by law.

You may promote ChatDys through:

• Personal blogs, websites, and social media accounts
• Online support groups and patient communities (where permitted by group rules)
• Email newsletters to your own subscriber list
• YouTube videos, podcasts, and other content you create

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in any promotional content, in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable law. A simple statement such as "I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link" is sufficient.

The following activities will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions:

• Self-referral: Using your own referral link to sign up for a new account or upgrade your own subscription.
• Cookie stuffing: Placing your referral cookie on users' browsers without their knowledge or consent.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails or messages containing your referral link.
• Misleading claims: Making false or exaggerated claims about ChatDys, including medical claims not supported by the platform.
• Impersonation: Representing yourself as a ChatDys employee, partner, or official spokesperson.
• Paid advertising on branded terms: Running paid search ads targeting "ChatDys" or similar branded keywords without prior written approval.
• Incentivized signups: Offering cash, gifts, or other incentives to users who sign up through your link.

ChatDys actively monitors for fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: unusual referral patterns, high click-to-conversion ratios, multiple accounts from the same IP address, and chargebacks on referred subscriptions.

If fraud is detected, ChatDys reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any commissions associated with fraudulent activity, terminate your affiliate account, and pursue legal remedies if warranted.

Commissions associated with subscriptions that are subsequently refunded or charged back will be reversed from your pending balance.

ChatDys reserves the right to modify the commission rate, payout threshold, commission window, or any other aspect of the Program at any time, with 30 days' notice provided via email or in-app notification.

You may opt out of the Program at any time by contacting support. Upon opt-out, your referral link will be deactivated and no new commissions will accrue. Any pending commissions earned prior to opt-out will be paid out once the $25 minimum is reached.

ChatDys may terminate the Program entirely with 60 days' notice. In such an event, all pending commissions above $10 will be paid out regardless of the minimum threshold.

ChatDys grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the ChatDys name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. You may not modify the ChatDys logo or create derivative works without written permission.

ChatDys's liability under the Program is limited to the payment of commissions earned in accordance with these Terms. ChatDys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the ChatDys Terms of Service.
