Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) is a condition in which mast cells inappropriately and excessively release chemical mediators, resulting in a range of chronic multisystem polymorphic symptoms. MCAS frequently co-occurs with POTS, EDS, and Long COVID.
