Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) is a group of conditions characterized by symptomatic joint hypermobility that does not meet the full diagnostic criteria for hypermobile EDS (hEDS). It exists on a continuum with hEDS and shares many features including chronic pain, fatigue, dysautonomia, and MCAS. HSD is significantly underdiagnosed, particularly in women.
